The food is better than average, but the service is ALWAYS slow! A friend and I asked to be seated at a table - there were plenty available, and it's not quite so cold on that side of the room. We were told they were sorry, but we would have to be seated in a booth. Why? We asked. We're told it was someone else's (I assume they meant wait staff) ""turn". Again we told them we wanted a table. They refused. We went elsewhere for dinner that night. What ever happened to good customer service?

Awful service. Raw chicken on my nieces chicken sandwich, luckily she cut it in half first.

Ate there last night, they are extremely unorganized. People running every where but not getting much done. My food was alright, a little greasy. Seen a lot of people sending back their mixed drinks.

Waiting ... Waiting... Waiting... Greatly understaffed and already watched two tables of aggravated customers walk before they even got served. Bartender doesn't even give a shit that ppl are waiting for their drinks and "manager" looks like she just rolled out of bed and has not visited one single table to greet customers.
