Great atmosphere!!! – The atmosphere is unbeatable. Service was right on target with knowledgeable staff who know thier menu. Sunday brunch is a must go to. The only concern for me was the music. Needs to be more jazzy. The 80's are over.
Good food but missing something – I have eaten quite a few times at Bricktops and each and every time it's a different experience, but that's not always a good thing to have. A few years ago when it first opened it was a nice social setting where the management knew the patrons and they seemed to really strive for your approval. It seems now that they still care about the restaurant (at least the kitchen does) but a lot of the staff just seems "there". Manager Saved the day (night), Great dinner – This experience was made unique simply by the fact our server took our order and totally forgot to put it in. We knew this b/c she came by and said "are you ready to order?" We were like....uh, we did...like 40 minutes ago. After being ticked off for a couple of minutes, the table simmered down after the manager did a great job of stepping up and comping a round and desserts for the group. Great food - terrific service - fabulous bar staff – Had the scallops benedict (a special for the day) - incredible! Prime rib sandwich was great. Do not miss the spaghetti squash with marinara as a side - nice change of pace. Lobster bisque is thick, rich and satisfying. I have visited 3 times and sat at the bar by choice. Bar staff is friendly and go out of their way to make your meal enjoyable. Don't miss Bricktops. Better than Manzetti's by a long shot!
