I’ve lived in a house managed by Brickstreet for over 3 years now and they are the absolute WORST. They never pick up the phone, and when you leave a voicemail, they never return your call. They didn’t bill me for water for 5 MONTHS and despite my repeated calls trying to figure out what was going on, I never received a call back. Let me start this off by saying and expressing a heartfelt thank you to Shannon King. The ONLY representative of this company that has met me with kindess and compassion throughout every endeavor. She works in leasing directly and is not even segmented to assist with most of the issues I will outline later in this review, but made every effort to work something out or get me in contact with someone who could.
