Just looking around. Office personnel are extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The rental terms seem much more flexible than other similarly priced properties of similar square footage. It's the little things that make a big difference.
I really wanted to love this complex, but what we hoped would be a dream has been more of a nightmare for us. We were told we had to move in on a specific date or pay a daily rate to hold the apartment, but that date was then delayed by 5 days. When we finally moved in, the unit was in unacceptable condition: filthy from the previous tenant, black mold in the toilet tanks, and old debris dripping into the bowls when flushed.
