Service department is great!
Tried to work with Dustin to buy a new car. He dropped the ball by never calling me back or texting me back with options or answering any questions. So, I went to the brickners in Wausau and bought a new car. Which I understand is the same company. He is not a good salesman and basically didn’t even try. The brickners in Wausau was fine and would have gotten a 5 star review but carmine at the parts desk was the meanest person I have ever seen in customer service in my 50 years. Do better brickners.

Bought a new Ram 2500 from Dustin. He was awesome to work with and everyone there went above and beyond to make it a smooth transaction. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Brickners Park City if they are looking for a new vehicle!
