Bought a new Ram 2500 from Dustin. He was awesome to work with and everyone there went above and beyond to make it a smooth transaction. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Brickners Park City if they are looking for a new vehicle!
A friendly family business
Unfortunately the poorest vehicle repair I have experienced. Purchased a new vehicle and returned for issues to be repaired. Actually returned 4-5 times for a loud rattle in the front. Was advised they replaced every part possible and possibly that’s just the way this vehicle is. When they replaced the front struts it developed an additional noise and messed up the alignment something terrible. Response was sometimes new parts need to be broken in. Buyer beware! If you purchase a used car from this dealership, be prepared for them to take no responsibility for issues that arise. I am filing complaints with the BBB and the Consumer Protection Agency because the only response we received from the manager was, “She drove it off the lot.” My 84-year-old mother purchased a used Honda Pilot from them.
