There's nothing like getting awful customer service when trying to navigate through your first car accident. The body shop staff is extremely rude and needs to work on their customer service skills. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
I'm a auto body technician, in training. Brickners body shop is up to date amazing.
I've had work done from car accidents multiple times here over the last few years and Kevin and team are always fantastic. Very helpful, very reasonable, very fast, and always just so nice! Having to visit a body shop is never a pleasant experience, but Kevin and team make it so much easier.
