Terrible customer service from owners and employees. We payed for a full interior detailing on our jeep and the only the tan parts of our seats were done. The worker lied right to our face and the owner is trying to shut us up by threatening to get a restraining order because we said we aren't done posting honest reviews with pictures.
Business response:
The detail er steam cleaned the seats and used a extractor. When cloth is soiled to the extent they were it is not uncommon for the stains to come back after they dry. Stains to that extent have a tendency to not come out. The restraining order was mentioned to keep the customer away from anyone at the store. The profanity that was used to verbally assault a employee was so loud that another employee came out of the business to assist . He thought a full blown assault was about to happen.
