Every time I can see this position she is professional polite and great with my kids. She is always information about and knowledgeable about the procedures or medications that have to be taken be done in her office. Her stuff is always polite and helpful explaining me in the right direction. I would recommend anybody to come see her she's great.
Be prepared to wait for hours at this office! Pediatrician is rude and unprepared, if it wasn't for her polite staff I would have left a long time ago. Brickman gave my son the wrong diagnoses and not only that but called him by the wrong name! Obviously shows she didn't bother to read his file before coming in. Left this office because of her, now at a different practice and better doctors.
Every appointment, we had to wait upwards of 2 1/2 hours. There was one appointment, I am not kidding, the total time we were there was 3 hours!!! Having to park on the street and pay a meter, I had to go down and pay the meter twice! I am a working parent and this was ridiculous! The office is literally disgusting. It has the smallest waiting room and not enough seating for the huge amount of patients she has packed in.
