The application process is ridiculous. Only taking 3 mths bank statements and no other form of income verification is unheard of. No property management company needs to see 3 mths bank statements, that is no one’s business mostly the property management company. This is a lease not qualifying for a mortgage. No wonder their properties are sitting over 75 days. Not to mention all the additional fees. There are too many homes on the market to jump through hoops for a rental.
We had a great experience with Brickleys Property Solutions! From viewing the homes to the application process, everything was smooth and efficient. Their communication is excellent, and they do a fantastic job of keeping both owners and tenants happy. 10/10 would recommend using them!
