The building is pretty old so we do have maintenance issues, and the swamp cooler has been falling short in expectation.

Trying to work through the application process with Sage was like trying to get a child to clean up their room. After 4 rounds of list of steps for "what all must be completed," and spending $100 on background checks for them, they have the rent price up to almost double of the Trulia advertised cost. The reply they sent was that they wanted to know "how much we would offer the owner for a lease!".
