We have been clients for years. They are always very pleasant to deal with. They are helpful when we have questions or concerns.
Terrible service. They can't even manage to answer questions, let alone help with a claim. They won't answer the phone, sign you up with the company of your choice or return calls, and if you actually NEED them in the event of a claim dispute, don't hold your breath. Their catch phrase is, "I can't help you with that, you'll have to call -insert your insurance company's name here-".
