The brick house is centrally located and walkable to everything in downtown Gettysburg! We stayed in the New England room which was well suited for 4 guests. The manager could have done a better job explaining where breakfast was and the general layout of the common areas. We just had to make an educated guess and walk around to find what we needed. Beware before booking. There is no management on site and you will not be able to reach anyone if any issues occur. We arrived Friday evening around 7pm. Upon arriving we found out the door code emailed to us did not work. There are two listed numbers to call on the door supposedly for 24 hour service but neither would pickup and one had a full voicemail box. Finally after about a half hour standing in the cold and snow outside trying to get in one of the numbers texted me back with another code that also did not work. This ... read more
