I have been a member of Brickhouse for 7 years. Brickhouse is a welcoming, non-judgmental gym. Rosa is an amazing instructor and personal trainer. With varying health/age related aches and pains, I have noticed significant life changing improvement in overall strength/mobility/balance. I love this place!
I did the A-to-Z workout with kettle bells. Left a sweaty sore mess, Amazing workout! I will be coming back.
My second family, I am so eternally grateful for the community and family Brickhouse is.
Joined my sister for a kettlebell class when I came down for a visit--amazing!!! So welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and fun!!! (And the workout absolutely kicked my a**)
