I visited Brickhouse Bridal after a failed appointment at a previous bridal salon. Right away I could feel as I stepped through the front door that the atmosphere was different here. I met my consultant and right away she urged me to try on everything that I wanted to in the store. I never once felt during the appointment that I was being rushed. I mostly loved that if I made a comment about not liking a certain part of a dress, she was respectful to get the dress off in a timely manner and keep searching for the perfect one... read more

Beautiful dress selection. Very helpful consultant, I think Jackie was the name of the woman who helped me. Great experience. Found my dress here. Have nothing but good things to say about this place. She let me go around the whole store and mark all the dresses I wanted to try and she then pulled them ALL for me and helped me try them on, the. After I found my dress she helped me find the perfect veil to match. Great experience here.

I love Brickhouse Brida!! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed. Everyone is very professional and sweet. Jackie is the best!! She helped me find my dress. A dress that she actually picked out for me after I described what I was looking for. I recommend all brides to go visit Brickhouse Bridal! I can't wait to wear my dream dress!

So many beautiful options. You go around the store and put a clip on the dresses you like and want to try on and then someone gets them all for you as well as other dresses like the ones you chose. As you are trying on different styles, you kind of see what you like and don't like in a dress and they choose more like the style you are leaning more towards. Everyone is so sweet and the store is so pretty!! Got my dress here YAY and I will recommend all brides I know to go here too!!

Jessica at Brickhouse was a gem; I loved my experience there! I was able to get a same day appointment (on Black Friday!) when we realized all my sisters were in one place at one time. Whoo hoo! Parking was easy and we were greeted by several friendly staff members. Jessica introduced herself and got a little more info from me, then she gave me 5 clips. Can't say enough about our Brickhouse Bridal experience! After going to 5 other bridal shops, my daughter ending up getting THE one here! Other shops were friendly enough but the staff and selection at Brickhouse is second to none! Not only were they nice and friendly, but extremely helpful and accommodating. Jessica was great when my daughter wanted to just try on different styles for our first visit. My wedding dress and experience at Brickhouse Bridal could not have been more perfect! I live in Louisiana and went to 6 different bridal stores without finding "the dress", before deciding to travel to Texas. I met with Casey, and fell in love with my dress on the first visit. Their professionalism and quick timing made for an even better experience. I highly recommend them to find your perfect dress!
