I just moved here to brickhaven Apts and it started great but it's turning into a bad experience fast when it started raining in my apt I've reported it and I was told someone would be out last week two times and they never showed and it's Monday early morning and it's still raining in my apt that I just moved in i simply told them Friday to put a tarp on the roof and nothing has been done and I just want some of that 900 dollar administration fee back and I want the roof fixed ASAP .it's currently 5:58 am Monday 11-11-24
I would definitely recommend Brickhaven to anyone needing an apartment. Jennifer in the leasing office goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are treated fairly. She is amazing and understands that life happens and will work with you as long as you are honest and communicate with her. The community is friendly and respectful of each other. There is amble parking and work orders are completed in a timely manner.
Hello, I would recommend BrickHaven to my friends and others to come and stay.The staff here is wonderful...Mrs Jennifer is the best she has a great attitude and one of the best manager i have ever had in a rental property.When I need something and something done to my apartment the staff correct it right away! All I can say for me as a tenant that i like it here and Mrs Jennifer and staff just keep being the best!
