Rounsavall's love her!!
The most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. She laughed at my concerns and did not offer any help for my problem. I refuse to go back or use her for any anesthesiologist in the cy-fair area.
Love the doctor but receptionist that patients have to go through is absolutely horrible. Told me she would get me sent somewhere else. Not friendly at all - does not speak - ask no questions - no answers - no hello- no thank you - no help at all. anything you ask her already has an answer of no! She is running off patients and should not be in a people or customer service job
Dr. Bricker and her whole entire office from receptionist to nurses are completely rude. I was referred to her separate times by two different doctors. The first time was to deal with a torn meniscus and swollen knee due to ankylosing spondylitis (an auto immune arthritis) that 3 other doctors have diagnosed me with. Dr. Bricker proceeded to tell me I was lying about the pain I was in the first time and said there was no way I had ankylosing spondylitis.
