I just phoned to make an annual appointment. But did not have my eye insurance so the first call the person answering would not make an appointment. I called back, but after a lot of wrangling, found my insurance on file with Dr. Buseth, however, she didn't know but thought he retired and could not or would not make an appointment with him. MY EYE CARE is a PITA to deal with. Great doctor & staff. Able to get an appointment quickly. Excellent selection of eyeglass frames.
Excellent service from a locally owned company. I tried a national chain and they never got my prescription right after 4 tries. Bricker got it right the first time.
