I have been going to Brickell Buick GMC for my car maintenance for a couple of years now. The service personnel were very accommodating and very helpful. Last time I was there, it took 5 hours to have an oil change done but it's worth the wait. They provided me with complementary checks on my car that made me aware of what I needed to do in my next several visits with them. First time at this dealer. Went because I was recommended by a friend. Great experience thanks to Moises Ceballos and Carlos Romero. We went back and forth for a but but they made sure I go the deal I wanted and left happy!!!!

Horrible service and buying experience. Jackie the salesperson disappeared for an hour. Gave me my car dirty and no gas. Began to text horrible things when I gave him a bad review on the survey. The manager Mario Diaz called me to rectify the issue and asked me to come in to speak to him, I did. But he wasn't there. Now, I find out they held my old car that I returned and left with them they damaged and are refusing to pay for damages. Horrible service!!!
