Their flowers were a nightmare. After receiving them we started to get an infestation of Weevils. I looked them up online and thought they were coming from one of our dry goods. So we cleaned out the pantry and threw out anything not in a metal can but this made no difference. I finally realized the source of the bugs was your flowers and threw them out. Ruben went above and beyond to make sure my Valentine’s Day flowers were delivered. My building’s front desk misdirected the first delivery, and even though it was not at all the florist’s fault, they sent me a beautiful new arrangement first thing the next day. Thanks guys, I love my flowers ❤️
