The customer service at this company is highly disappointing. I would not want my loved one going here and God forbid you have any issues with your order … Good luck. Everyone has their days. Life shows up but Bill was given several chances, we were even told “I will handle this” and ended up coming with more money out of pocket to make it right for our customer. Please be careful when choosing services and if you do move forward… BE VERY SPECIFIC WITH YOUR ORDER BECAUSE IT LIKELY WILL BE WHAT IT IS….
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! The representative we spoke to BILL at the Haines city location was very incompetent and not able to even take an order correctly. Not only did he mess up the order he then threatened me and my family when he was confronted on his mistake! He cost my small business $500 dollars and also delayed our job from being done an extra week and a half due to not answering the phone to rectify the mistake on the order! Place was very well kept, looked clean and professional.. staff definitely new what they were talking about and telling you the truth about what needs to be done for the DIYers
