RecommendedBrick Towne was very well maintained. The amenities were very clean and well kept. The buildings were clean. The parking lot is huge and it's very easy to find a place to park near the entrances you need. The dumpster was easy to get to and right in the middle of everyone outside. Management was very responsive, easy to talk to, and non invasive. I assume maintenance is just as great, I just never had to call them because my appliances all worked amazing.
