So since I keep getting around 2-3 texts a month (extremely annoying btw) it seems like to review this place, here's my review. The apartments are super nice and I love the butterfly app and the sense of security it provides. I also love the trash valet. I do hate however paying for the community amenities (the very first apartment I've lived in that charges for this) because my rent goes up about $10 each month. My rent is $1,167 apparently for a 2bed 2 bath first floor (sounds like a great deal), but after everything else ... read more
I like living here so far. There’s a lot of families and pets living here. Do wish there was a dog park or fenced area for dogs to run around.
Been here for about a year now and absolutely love it! They were very accommodating with me at the very start with my circumstances and super understanding. The communication has been great and I’ve had no problem finding someone to help at any time. The maintenance is super quick and helpful with is really nice because not all places is like that!!!
