So we haven't used this company but we have had to deal with an agent. I'll just say very unprofessional and doing favors for previous clients/friends to get someone to move out of their home. Also realtor claims to not be aware of what documents need to be signed to buy a home.. agent was not honest with us about the issue that they were involved in..
