Bad automated phone system & office staff just answered my call and immediately hang up without saying hello.
Stay away from Brick Row if you value fair treatment. My move-out experience completely changed my opinion of this place. They charged me for what they called “wall stains,” but the photos they provided show nothing more than normal scuff marks and minor wear that anyone would expect after living in an apartment. There were no holes, no major damage, and nothing beyond ordinary everyday use. Nice place to live, good gym, good pool and other amenities
The facilities were nice and location is convenient, but this complex has gone downhill over the last few years. I have a few relatively major issues that annoy me to no end: 1: Renovations are loud and disruptive, lasting months at a time. If you work from home do not consider living in Brick Row. 2: The lease renewal periods are fixed, so if you want anything shorter than 8mo at the time of renewal you have no choice but to pay the high month to month rate.
