Unfortunately for me, I didn't look for reviews on Javier. STAY AWAY. Everything below and more is true. Not responsive, unprofessional etc. Not only that, I feel that he's gouging people for what he's charging with credit checks. I learned my lesson, please don't have to learn yours...RUN!!
Reading these reviews it makes sense. Surprising this guy is still in business. His handyman that takes care of the properties he manages is all about money and nothing else. Stay away. If I could I would give him 0 stars.
I can reaffirm the two posts below. Javier profoundly lacks professionalism, respect, responsiveness, and empathy. I'm surprised he's been able to maintain his role as a property manager. The tenant's home next to us is falling apart which is subsequently resulting to issues to our property. He consistently ignores all forms of communication because he wants to avoid dropping a single penny. While I'm fortunate he is not my landlord or property manager, I cannot fathom how he treats his own tenants. Avoid his services at all... read more
