Absolutely horrible experience working with BRICK. DO not trust them, DO NOT pay $20 to have them review your application or run your credit. I worked with Elann and Robin, both of which were very sketchy and unhelpful. Robin who is the listing agent on most of their apartments barely wants to assist but wants to convince you that she is working on your apartment from the backend. This agency is listing an apartment currently at 65 Atlantic and calling it a 2 bedroom. One of the so called bedrooms is a basement with a very low ceiling. I would check out the legality on that before renting. Also, that basement has flooded. I would also recommend checking open igloo for information on the building. Several open violations reported.
