Great pizza and fantastic waitress named Star took good care of us!

I frequent Brick Oven because it is close to my house, they have great food and the staff are always kind. I have had great experience with Starr as my server. She is so polite, courteous, and concerned for your comfort. She is great at making sure our drinks are filled and even offering a to go drink. The customer service she gives keeps me coming back.
I use to love Brick Oven until today . I always order a sm salad at least once a week. I paid $7 for more or less a cup of lettuce and a few toppings . Asked the person working which was a manager he said it was to scale. Over head has been high so they will be using scales from now on . I just lost my favorite place to eat lunch .

We don't usually complain but... we have eaten here ever since you opened n has always been outstanding but today's quality was poor. We ordered 2 large, 1 deluxe n 1 custom $40 and these were very skimpy on ingredients, no sauce n frozen would have been a close taste comparison. These pizzas were well... flat. Didn't have enough ingredients to even stand up on the pizza. Don't know what happened but We were SO disappointed. Your pizza WAS our favorite place but no more...😢 Something has dramatically happened to your pizza!
