Went to brick oven with my girlfriend yesterday. We were the first ones in and got service right away. I may be hard to take sometimes but our future server caught on quick and was witty to boot. She was great. I am a cook in a local steakhouse and what displeased me was the amount of premade or frozen foods on the menu. Food was ok. Sandwich was slightly over toasted but was fixed right away with no problem. We Will return if for nothing else the service.

Want be back to Brick Oven anytime soon waited around 15 minutes and no one ever came to take our order. Got up and left and the waitress was totally unconcerned that we were leaving. They were semi busy but had plenty of staff no reason it should have taken so long

There is delicious food and a great staff! The Bubba Choice is my favorite.
