service slow, waitress didnt check in on us.. drinks stayed empty. we had the buffalo calzone and the cheese was not melted in the center and was barely warm.. had no choice but to deal and eat it since no one ever checked on us. never been so dissatisfied in service and food.
Food was delicious. Service was OK... Our waitress was frazzled and overwhelmed. People who came in after us had their food several minutes before we did. Online it stated children eat free on Tuesdays but I was charged half price. I would have said something had we not already waited so long for everything else. At this point I was just ready to go. Waitress said restaurant was under new owner so I'm sure we will try again because the food is great.... Hoping the service improves.
Just had the worst margherita pizza ever at Brick Oven in Tiger Town. Hardly any cheese, bland sauce, burnt crust. Yuck. Supermarket bought from the freezer section would have been better.
