I ordered flowers over the phone for delivery to my daughter's home when her childhood friend passed. I was unable to visit the shop or a floral website to pick out what I wanted as I was on the road for business. Instead, I described my daughter's personality to Tom, the designer and asked him to pick out a vase that she would love and design an arrangement specifically for her.
