Excellent combination of food, service, and atmosphere. The old farm house is now a state of the art farm to table establishment. Simple go and enjoy.
Saturday July 8 Susie and I had simply the best meal we have had in over thirty years in New Jersey. I did not know until today that Chef Greg Vassos was mentored by Eric Ripert--it shows--Brick Farm Tavern is multiple Michelin star worthy. We have been blessed to have great dining experiences around the country and in Europe but Chef Vassos' Chef's Menu ranks with the absolute best.
