I bought 200 sqft of thin brick (28 boxes) for a flooring project in a laundry room that needed 168 sqft of brick. Upon getting near the end of the project our sub contractor came up short. I brought nearly 8 full boxes of partial bricks back and let the company know. Now, this is not my first rodeo with thin brick, so I purchased extra for some breakage to occur. Worst customer service! They act as if you are bothering them, never felt more undervalued as a customer! Do them a favor and don’t waste your time or money here, because they don’t want you to their rude behavior.
