Changing this from a 2 star to a 1 after my 4th visit today just to get a fire place refinished. I mean I'm using 50 bricks on this project and am about to make a fifth trip up there. I don't know what's worse, the customer service or the products they sell. There is like 10 employees at this place and every single one of them is asking the other, what is going on. Great people to work with
I wish I would have got the name of the lady that helped us this morning. We are currently building and have had a bad experience with not so kind people helping other areas of our build. I really appreciated her time, answering all our questions and kindness. Kindness goes a LONG way. I will definitely be purchasing my brick here.
