After months (really, years) of searching for answers, Rachel nailed my diagnosis almost instantly, and now I’m finally on the path to feeling like myself again. She listens, she cares, and she truly understands your needs! The whole team is patient, supportive, and genuinely pleasant. I am beyond Grateful for them all! I can’t recommend them enough! First off I want to say that all the people that work here are amazing and especially the receptionist is the most pleasant person to speak with and is NOT RUDE so folks need to get over themselves. So I would recommend Brick city health and wellness to anyone.
Drs are fine. But the receptionist (forget which one) very rude. Most definitely makes me not want to even come back.
Rachel is great!
