I called to request an estimate for a project at the beginning of the week, and their response was fairly prompt. Victor came to my home on Thursday, and he was great. He listened to my thoughts and made good suggestions, took my contact info and said he’d get me an estimate by Monday or Tuesday of the next week. When I didn’t hear from him by Wednesday, I texted (his requested mode of communication) and he said he had a backlog of estimates but they were working on it, which is fine.
