Rachael helped us sell our home when it was time to down size. She was very professional, knowledgeable about the market and was able to sell our home quickly getting over asking price. The team at Brick and Quill assisted me in purchasing some land which was way outside of the area that they tend to do a majority of their business. Even still, they were able to get me any relevant information when I requested it, like land mapping, possible septic placements, etc.. We ultimately purchased the land for under listing which was the cherry on top of the entire experience working with them. I would recommend this team whenever you have any type of real estate needs.
