Josh was great to work with from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and most importantly, transparent with us throughout the entire process. He took the stress out of the apartment hunting process and was always there to answer any questions we had. Josh is extremely quick to respond, very professional, and communicates all the info you need with extreme efficiency. After a slow experience with a previous agent from a different company, we went from finding a listing for a beautiful apartment and first contacting Josh to being approved for move-in in just a single day. That’s how quick and efficient he is!
Josh was super helpful, found me a rent stabilized 1 bedroom, and went out of his way to work with my schedule to view the apartment and get my app processed. Totally worth the broker fee.
