Despite a brief panic from seeing the bad reviews on yelp, I had a great experience with Josh and Brick&Galo realty. Unless I’m not seeing something, I don’t understand what all of the bad reviews are about. Josh was super Helpful, communicative, and clear about what I needed to have done for my apartment. This was my first time ever renting, and he got me into a great place. Very appreciative of him and the Brick&Galo team.
Josh helped us find our new home and we love it! He really looked out for us and made sure to thoroughly explain all of our leasing & apartment questions. Also, a huge plus, he was openly communicating with us and asking important questions to understand our specific needs. Really great experience for such a fast paced, competitive market especially during the summer. Josh really came through when we were close to giving up.
Josh was a very great help in the apartment search and extremely accommodating with the lease signing. By far the most responsive agent I’ve dealt with and even offered for me to reach out if I have any issues during my tenancy at my new place. Completely recommend him!
