The apartment hunt in nyc is pretty harsh and grueling. It took a moment to, but I came upon an apartment listed by Josh Palace and things moved quickly ever since. He was transparent, direct, and kept on the ball, and it was a pleasure working with him.

State law, specifically the Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019, prohibits landlords and brokers from demanding fees beyond the legal application fee and one-month security deposit to hold an apartment.
