Worst experience renting ever. Complete hassle dealing with the property manager. Phil is completely disrespectful, rude, and cannot acknowledge any fault in his own. His direct words are "I was in the military I cannot lie." After I had text proof of him lying about not charging for the landscaping and cleaning I had done. Then he had to go back on his word again. After everything they have changed names multiple times. Worst experience ever. Please do yourself a favor and don't rent from here.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing and has left a lasting impact on my family. Throughout my lease, maintenance issues were consistently ignored or delayed, even when they involved safety concerns. I was also charged multiple fees that I later learned were not in compliance with local landlord/tenant laws, which ultimately led to a legal dispute. I had the chance to work with Angie, and it was a great experience from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. The property came with some challenges (at least for me!), but Angie handled everything with ease and confidence. I truly appreciated her guidance and expertise. I highly recommend Angie from Brick and Beam!
We decided to downsize and our realtor, Angie Navarro, really listened to what we wanted & found us the perfect home! After getting mostly moved out we put the "old" house for sale and it has SOLD! We felt really good about Angie and the work she put in for us so when we lost my mom, my family decided to go with her for the sale of her home. So now my sister & brother get to experience what she did for us! That home will be posted in the next week or two.
