Attended a retirement party there. Nice venue; clean, bright, airy, with high ceilings and exposed ductwork. Had a garage door on the side that helps bring things in for setup/cleanup.
Kasey is heavenly sent! I held my daughters Quinceañera at the brick a couple of weeks ago. IT WAS AMAZING! We chose BRICK over other "traditional" Quince halls like the ones you find on Chula Vista 3rd because of our guest count. I will say initially I was stressed because of what one would consider "red tape." Gathering venders and COIs can become stressful but Kasey just absolutely made the stress go away.
