Excellent service and friendly admin staff
First off, this is the worst painted unit I've ever been in. See pictures, which only shows a small amount. When I moved in, the Unit was empty for at least a month, so there's no excuse. I also had 3 issues when I moved in and ended up fixing two myself because it took the Office 5 days to get back to my email, as I couldn't login to their Yuhu at the time. We moved out Feb 1st and are still waiting on our damage deposit. We have notified landlord and tendency board as this company is just absolutely horrible. They have made every single excuse not to give it and in Alberta it’s 10 days. It’s not been over 30 and all they say is we will call you back. AGAIN I CANT STRESS ENOUGH RUN….. DONT REMT HERE.
