The apartments are very spacious and economic. Valerie was more than accommodating, she was very helpful and very informative. Anytime we have doubts, she always clarifies for us and is quick to reply.

I rented out an apartment for 1 year. The property manager is a wonderful, hardworking, and quick at responding to messages regarding the apartment. I was able to get a fridge replaced within 24 hours! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a space in the Odessa area. They keep the complex nice, clean, and child friendly.
I lived in a 1bedroom here for several years. They are great apartments and feel like home. Large rooms and so much closet space, modern colors and fixtures. If I need an apartment again, this is where I will go. The office manager is good, kind, attentive and helpful and Maintenance is amazing.
