Stay away for your good. I got the experience why Briarwood have the least google rating comparing to near by apartments. If you visited Briarwood and see new carpet don't get impressed , that's paid by previous tenants. You will be paying for the next tenant. Just as mentioned in the others reviews , these people will try to loot you any possible way since they dont care about the customers.
