Markelis was super helpful in answering all my questions and had great hospitality.
I am extremely concerned and disappointed right now. There is a mouse in my apartment, and this is not just inconvenient — it’s unsafe. I have a young child, and because of this issue I am not able to cook, I can’t sleep, and I’m honestly scared to even move around the apartment. This is unacceptable living conditions. I need property management to take immediate action and send pest control right away. Tenants deserve to feel safe and comfortable in their homes, especially families with children. When I was going into the office, I prayed not to meet any staff with high attitude and I opened the door was greeted by this great cheerful lady her name is Markelis, honestly she made me feel so comfortable, answered my questions without attitude but smiles and that immediately made me feel so comfortable, she was very professional and knew how to sell , trust me, I had mixed feelings when I was coming but Markelis erased that and that made me to put it into consideration.
