Not safe parking. Had car vandalized twice in 8 months. First was Christmas Eve. Tires and rims stolen, they added patrol cars once in awhile during the night however crimes are now happening during the day. My car was struck during afternoon with my window broken and gone through. Went to leasing office and they left early for the day ( they always do) in leasing agreement it says they aren’t responsible for any damage to your own car. Don’t recommend this place.

Briarwood began has an extremely promising place to live. Markelis was extremely friendly and the units looked to be in great shape. Upon moving in, we have had nothing but issues. This is easily the worst maintenance team I have ever dealt with in all my years of apartment living. They are extremely rude and combative. Along with terrible attitudes, they don't want to (and really can't) do their jobs. I have called the emergency line and had to argue with them to come out and fix leaks and the AC. I had an amazing experience with the leasing staff, especially Markelis! Moving can be incredibly stressful, but their professionalism, patience, and genuine care made the entire process so much smoother. Markelis went above and beyond to make sure everything was clear, timely, and handled with ease. Their customer service was truly top-notch — responsive, kind, and attentive to every detail.
