Briarwood began has an extremely promising place to live. Markelis was extremely friendly and the units looked to be in great shape. Upon moving in, we have had nothing but issues. This is easily the worst maintenance team I have ever dealt with in all my years of apartment living. They are extremely rude and combative. Along with terrible attitudes, they don't want to (and really can't) do their jobs. I have called the emergency line and had to argue with them to come out and fix leaks and the AC. Normal issues like all apartments. I've been here three years now. Maintenance comes out and fixes everything. Depending on how busy they are depends on how quick they can fix it. It never took more than a couple days. I just wish the neighbors would pick up after their pets.
Great place to live, leasing office team is always helpful. maintenance team is awesome always kind and efficient. Ricardo did a great job with my maintenance emergency always professional and expert in any issue.
I want to give a Kudos and appreciation to Danny, early in the week he provided amazing customer service by assisting me and other neighbors with the lingering snow and ice that entrap our vehicles. I noticed him throughout the days after the snow storm going above and beyond to check on neighbors to make sure everyone could make it out safely. S/O to you Danny job well done!!
I have an immense amount of gratitude for the patience and quality service provided when touring with Elrody. It was a great experience! I would 100% recommend!!
