You can do nothing in there yu can’t even ride your electric scooter or bike and the manger doesn’t know what she is doing this is a bad experience

I moved here i few years ago, Very nice and friendly people. Yes there are inspections, but If you ain't doing anything your not supposed to be doing. Then you have nothing to worry about.
I moved here 1 yr ago. They have had 3 different community managers. They never renovated from the grant they supposedly received. The rent is high and they literally invade your privacy by the twice a month inspections and fake work orders. For example popped up at my door talking about a dent on my wall and the maintenance seen nothing because there was NO dent. I'm Leaving soon as my lease is up!!!
I lived in one of the apartments back in 2007. Although the walls were paper thin and I couldn't get any sleep because of loud inconsiderate neighbors and also dealt with racism from a neighbor. It was clean at that time. I rode through there recently, it's dirty, potholes everywhere and looks so trashy with people having all types of things loaded on their porches. I guess management just doesn't care anymore..
