Literally the worst apartment complex I've ever lived at, not kid friendly at all they don't have any play area for a child, they let grown adults talk crap to your kids and they give everyone different prices on rent just depends on your race, they let everyone walk dogs without being on a leash, they send u a inspection letter every other day, they won't fix shit been without ac for 3 months this place is a joke... This apartment complex is awful. I'll be so glad when my lease is up.
If we could give this place 0 stars, we would. My wife worked extremely hard to move us into this apartment. We moved in in the middle of June. Prorated rent plus a $1000 security deposit was given. Within days we started having issues including but not limited to our air going out and being out for days because and we quote “they have better things to tend to and it was not urgent.” We have two babies and had no fan not window unit to help until the air would be fixed.
