If we could give this place 0 stars, we would. My wife worked extremely hard to move us into this apartment. We moved in in the middle of June. Prorated rent plus a $1000 security deposit was given. Within days we started having issues including but not limited to our air going out and being out for days because and we quote “they have better things to tend to and it was not urgent.” We have two babies and had no fan not window unit to help until the air would be fixed. Horrible slum lords run this place they won't do maintenance and still haven't picked up the glass from hurricane Michael almost a decade agothey try to blame their roach filled buildings on the tenants I've contacted the office I don't know how many times since September they are beyond useless I don't say this lightly it is what it is and they keep taking my reviews down Only one ticket received I've sent many I updated the photos to show the tickets they didn't remove I don't have access to the tickets your employees clos... read more
maintenance was very poor and you will most likely need them because of how cheap and old these buildings are. We had many electrical and water issues ie. water pockets, upstairs leaking downstairs, and sinks leaking, when you put in a request to get service done, sometimes they’ll write your request off like they did it, even though they didn’t even come up to your front door and due to that you’ll be constantly calling over and over again and having to stay on their butts to get things done which also gets me to the fact t... read more
Teresa was amazing! She helped us out and got us moved in fast. We have been here a month now and we love it.
I have been living at Bryxstone since 2022 and I love it here. Teresa is great to work with and my apartment is cozy.
