The M.A. Cryastal was absolutely amazing and accomidating. She was spunky and gave me the smiles i needed! She really helped me with my weelchair and didnt make me feel like a burden at all. Mia, the phlebotomist in the lab was incredible. She made the draw painless and was enjoyable to talk to. Very positive experience for blood work in Ann Arbor.
I set everything up online as it said Dr Wenner was accepting new patients. Complete waste of time as I call to set up my first appointment the lady says they are fully booked until June. No doctors there are accepting new patients. Quit wasting out time and stop offering your services online if you can't help us. The health care system is such a joke!
This was our first visit to this clinic to establish care following the retirement of our previous PCP. Check in personnel were friendly and cordial. Medical Assistant Nina was friendly, professional, and thorough in her pre-physician gathering of my vital signs. Dr. Wenner was outstanding in his bedside manner and understanding of my overall health as well as in his recommendations for future healthcare management.
