The homes they sell are not what you pay for (133k). They lack quality they are slapped together and go downhill quickly, the frame on my 1-year-old home is rusted under the paint. I ordered my home it was not set up onsite to view prior to purchase lesson learned. They don't install them correctly and it will need to be releveled 2x a year because they set on sand and it shifts to much. They have increased the lot rent 3 times in a year and half.
