Extremely iffy management as in there's too many managers every year that think they are the boss and do their own rules
Great area to live in. Neighbors are all nice and keep to themselves. Easy walk down to the Keizer Rapids Dog Park and Amphitheater. Space rent can be a little high but after a decade living here it isn't bad enough to warrant lower review. Only other issue is the park manager recently retired and they are trying to find replacements.
