This complex has a few positives, but overall, it’s definitely one of the rougher spots in Green, Ohio. The maintenance team is quick to respond and always kind they do what they can with what they’re given and Stephanie in the office is wonderful and so kind. Unfortunately, the property itself is very outdated, and the owners clearly take the cheapest route when it comes to upkeep and repairs. The environment can be pretty rough.
