Two failed ivf cycles here. Understaffed and overbooked. Go somewhere else it's not worth the time and money. Trying another clinic. Should of switched after the first try. Also update they are trying to charge us two times for a mock transfer I already paid for. Oh also recently they decided to add on another 2 grand to charge me for. Because 6,300 isn't enough for an egg retrieval all though that is what the estimate said. All they care about is money!

I am so frustrated. My husband and I had been trying to convince for two years and I was referred to them in January to see a doctor. The answer I got was “you might have PCOS” cool didn’t get any knowledge on what that was or a treatment plan. Doctor didn’t return any portal messages. Met with a whole team in March for their 5 hour appointment where you meet with 5 different doctors. Every single person more so concerned about my weight. The one dr even told me to do gastric bypass then try getting pregnant in a year or two... read more

Rude, terrible to deal with. Not at all helpful. Continue to say that they haven't received faxes even though the doctors office has record of sending them. Could you not call over there yourself and ask them to refax??? No. That would be doing too much. Absolutely, horrible experience Everytime I've called. Strengths include: putting you on hold, Never following up about anything, not trying to offer solutions.

IUI was done too late. Very expensive care without any attention. Bad choice. UofM is good at other things but not this.
