Throughout my treatment, there were multiple breakdowns in communication, monitoring, and follow-up that ultimately led to a serious medical emergency. I appreciated Dr. Berg’s personality and he was very kind, but I did not feel confident in him as my fertility specialist. He mentioned that it could take up to 12 IVF transfers to fully try, but he did not explain what he would do differently compared to my current clinic. Each appointment and communication I’ve had at the Briarwood Center has been very positive. I did have to wait amost two months for my first video call with Dr. Stentz, but everything after that was very smooth and efficient. If I had any questions, nurses would politely reply to my portal messages on the same day, while scheduling baseline testing was very easy.
