If I could give negative stars I would. Let's just start by saying one of the nurses called me annoying because she had to do her job. I started my ivf journey here not knowing anything, now being on that journey for a while and switching to a different fertility clinic I am sad I ever went here. The amount of stress the doctors and nurses at this place caused me that I thought was normal is crazy, I have a terrible story to go with most of the appointment I had here. Two failed ivf cycles here. Understaffed and overbooked. Go somewhere else it's not worth the time and money. Trying another clinic. Should of switched after the first try. Also update they are trying to charge us two times for a mock transfer I already paid for. Oh also recently they decided to add on another 2 grand to charge me for. Because 6,300 isn't enough for an egg retrieval all though that is what the estimate said. All they care about is money!
