Not a good place to live I lived in Briarwood apartment for almost 3 and 1/2 years and following is my review about the community. Location for this place is nice, and it is convenient to travel multiple places from here. Bed bugs Bed bugs. Cockroach. Don’t do it Like what the other post are saying the apartment is infested with bed bugs. Living here for 5 years now and this is my last. They've been doing a lot of repairs, to be fair that's a good thing. But when they tear your entire apartment apart then you find left over nails it's not ok. We have kids. Location Is Key My apartment has not been updated for 14 years. I'd have to move out of it to have it updated even though my rent has gone up 10%plus every year for the last 4 years.The apartment below mine is the most recently renovated style and is really great for a studio. The primary reason I stay, even in my out-dated apartment, LOCATION!
Ok but not great briarwood community is ok to live. But it is required more attention in term of maintainance.
